Located just 35 miles north of Sacramento, we offer daily in-season river fishing trips on both the Sacramento and Feather Rivers.
Guests will fish from a fully equipped and roomy 22' Fish-Rite River Barge allowing passengers to relax in the luxury of comfortable
bucket type seats with back rests and plenty of leg room.
Sport Fishing Excursions are the perfect environment for corporate
outings, individuals entertaining business clients or much need quality time for families and friends. All fishing rods, tackle, and
bait are furnished by the guides. Guests need only bring their California Fishing License, personal items, snacks and beverages.
White Sturgeon
Sturgeon Fishing kicks off the fishing year in early January, continuing into late March. These prehistoric monsters
provide a long lived fight that is sure to not be forgotten. Sturgeon trips are typically conducted from late evening into early morning
hours as these fish are known to be nocturnal feeders. Our guide vessels are equipped with fully enclosed canvas tops and heaters,
ensuring the comfort of our guests on even the coldest nights.
Striped Bass & Shad
The Striper run begins in March and continues through the end of May. These line sided beauties are bountiful
and provide every angler with constant action. Many techniques, including the use of live bait and cut bait, trolling with plugs,
rubber worming as well as fly fishing are practiced to ensure a successful catch.
The amusing shad enter our waterways in early
May and fishing continues through the end of June. This is an excellent fishing opportunity for all types of anglers. There are fewer
boats, fewer people and plenty of fish providing plenty of action all day long.
